This award-winning contemporary space is incredibly versatile and can accommodate intimate dinners for up to 40 guests and drinks receptions for up to 900 guests.
GREEK AND ROMAN SCULPTURE GALLERY
With its high ceilings and beautiful alcoves this gallery makes a striking backdrop to dinners for up to 150, a seated buffet for up to 120, drinks receptions for up to 200 or seated presentations for up to 160.
EUROPEAN ART GALLERY
It can accommodate a 100 people for a drinks reception. Tours of the adjacent collections of Impressionist and Pre-Raphaelite paintings can be arranged to add a distinctive element to your event.
CAST GALLERY
The Cast Gallery which houses one of the oldest and largest collections of Classical Greek and Roman casts in the UK can accommodate drinks receptions for up to 50 and a seated cold buffet for 30.
THE DINING ROOM
The Ashmolean Dining Room can be privately hired outside of museum public opening hours and can accommodate up to 100 for a drinks reception, 70 for a seated dinner and 80 for an informal buffet.
CAFÉ
The Café is a relaxed setting for post-dinner drinks, dancing and live bands. It can accommodate 250 standing and up to 100 for a seated dinner.
BOARDROOM
During the hours of 8:30 and 6pm our Director’s Boardroom is exclusively reserved for our Corporate Members.
