ROMANTICISM REVISITED EXHIBITION FOR HIRE

Touring exhibition for hire

This stunning exhibition presents a unique opportunity to explore the work of British Neo-Romantic artists, including John Piper, Paul Nash, and Graham Sutherland. For the first time, their work is exhibited with watercolours, drawings, and prints by earlier artists who created the language of British Romanticism, such as J.M.W. Turner, Thomas Girtin, and Samuel Palmer.

Drawn from the Ashmolean collection and supplemented with private loans, this exhibition of around 60 works demonstrates the continuity of British Romanticism, focusing specifically on the ways it evolved during the mid-twentieth century.
