FREE drop-in Friday event event in the Lower Ground Floor Atrium

With Museum staff on hand to guide you

Explore the Museum through making, building, and creating. Set off on a gallery adventure to discover extraordinary objects, gather inspiration, sketch your favourites, hunt for colours and patterns, and uncover surprising textures along the way. Then bring your ideas to life through hands on making.
 

Design miniature homes, create your own artworks, and experiment with different materials inspired by treasures from across the Museum.

Each Friday features a new creative activity inspired by the Ashmolean’s remarkable collection, inviting children and adults alike to look closely, think imaginatively, and make something together.

All materials provided.
