Monday–Thursday, 10am–5pm.

Admission is free and by appointment only.

Visitors are requested to wear face coverings for the protection of others.

DURING YOUR VISIT

When you arrive for your appointment, talk to a member of staff at the Ashmolean’s main information desk – they will give you directions

The centre is accessible for people in wheelchairs

PHOTOGRAPHY AND CONDUCT

When visiting our study centre, please:

• make sure you have permission from the relevant Ashmolean curator if you wish to take photographs
• only take photographs for private use or study; permission is needed for any form of publication (you can contact the Picture Library for instructions about ordering and reproducing images)
• do not bring food or drink
