– Will Gompertz, BBC Arts Editor
"I had a really nice time. It was good to have the Smartify app to listen to as we went around the exhibition. This was especially great for me because I find it difficult to read the small text on wall labels"

ABOUT SMARTIFY
YOUR PERSONAL DIGITAL GUIDE
Smartify is a new kind of audio guide. It is a free app that provides curated guides and collection information for many of the world’s most popular museums. Visitors can use their own smartphone camera to scan and identify objects and return information about the works. Visitors can save their favourite works and tours into a personal digital gallery to remember later.
Visitors can receive personalised recommendations for exhibitions, artists, artworks and museums based on their interests. Smartify has been called the ‘Shazam and Spotify of art’.
The app is available at a global network of museums, from London’s National Gallery, the Smithsonian, MoMA and or Belvedere Palace.
Smartify is a social enterprise ‘Community Interest Company’ and works in partnership with and to support the museum sector.
