Accompanying carers can access the exhibition for free with a ticket-holding disabled visitor, but should please book one of our free 'Carer' tickets for the same time slot.

Member tickets will still be free, but must be booked in advance.

Members will need to enter their 13- or 14-digit Membership Number to book their tickets.

No. At the moment we are not taking bookings, even provisional ones, for any group visits.

No, we are not taking any on-site bookings for school groups for May, June, July and August. This applies to both taught and self-guided groups. We will review and update this policy in late June as social distancing rules change.

In the meantime, we are offering a creative programme of online talks and workshops, as well as resources, for school groups.

Yes. A family trail will be available from the exhibition entrance.

 

 

Yes. Access to the exhibition is via lift and the entire exhibition is wheelchair accessible. Handheld labels will be available.
